Meenakshi Gairola

Founded by education entrepreneur Meenakshi Gairola, Future Mind Prodigy is an ISO/IAF 9001:2015 certified organization. We specialize in Abacus training, moving beyond basic calculations to cultivate mental arithmetic, boost self-confidence, and instill lifelong learning habits in every child. Our engaging, scientifically-backed programs are delivered by passionate instructors, preparing children for academic excellence and beyond.

With over 22 years of experience in Public Relations and the hospitality industry, Ashutosh Nautiyal brings a powerful combination of people management, operational insight, and business development expertise to Future Mind Prodigy. His seasoned background enables him to identify talent, foster strong teams, and implement systems that support the academy’s mission and growth.

As the Operations Manager, Ashutosh plays a key role in streamlining processes, maintaining seamless coordination with franchise partners, and ensuring smooth and standardized execution of our educational programs. His focus on efficiency and consistency supports the delivery of high-quality learning experiences across all FMP centers.

Passionate about both education and service excellence, Ashutosh is committed to creating enriching experiences for children and educators alike.
